MicroRNA (miR)‐93 suppresses invasion of breast cancer cells. Boyden chamber transwell cell invasion assay was undertaken using breast cancer cells (MDA‐MB‐231 and T‐47D) transfected with miR‐93 mimic or negative control (50 nmol/L) (A) or with miR‐93 inhibitor or negative control (50 nmol/L) (B). Cell invasion was measured after 24 h. Representative micrographs and number of invaded cells in 5 random fields per membrane are shown. Data are presented as mean ± SD. n ≥ 3, *P < .05.
