The figure shows the effect of the fixations duration of the political priming on attention allocation towards the outcome of the game vs. the status of the opponent. The X-axis shows the amount of time spent looking at the priming (Priming Fixations Duration) centered to the mean. The Y-axis shows the ratio of the fixations duration towards the card depicting the Outcome to that depicting the Status of the opponent (Personal First). Results indicated that the more participants looked at left-wing politicians, the more their gaze shifted towards the social information (i.e., Status of the opponent). The figure was made in R using ggplot2 package76.
