DSCAM-AS1 exerted its effects on CC cells via miR-204/SOX4 axis. (A) The expression of miR-204 was inhibited in CC cells after miR-204 inhibitors transfection. (B) miR-204 inhibition partially reversed the suppressive effects of DSCAM-AS1 knockdown on CC cells proliferation. (C) The suppressive effects of DSCAM-AS1 knockdown on CC cells migration capacity was partly reversed by miR-204 inhibition.
