The number of LC in skin draining LN were significantly decreased in Langerin-AhR−/− mice. Six skin draining LN were collected 96 h after the last patching with Ova or PBS. LN cells were stained with CD11c, CD207, and EpCAM to characterize LC by flow cytometry.
