Western blot analysis of total lysates from the xenograft tumours obtained in this study, compared with in vitro prepared PSN-1 cells, both untreated and irradiated. The blot shows that expression of ICAM-1 was generally lower in the PSN-1 xenografts when compared to the cell cultures, and that in the xenografts there was little change in expression post-irradiation when compared to the untreated tumours.
