Effects of ELE and 5-FU on TNBC MDA-MB-231 and BT549 cells.

Notes: (A) Both cell types were grown in 3D treated with drugs for 14 days, and we used inverted microscope to take photos and quantitative for structural integrity of cancer cells. (B) The CD44, OCT-4, and Nanog protein expression levels were determined through Western blot in MDA-MB-231 and BT549 cells after ELE alone, 5-FU alone, or their combinations. The data obtained from three independent experiments were presented as mean ± SD, and the significance levels were *P<0.05, **P<0.01, and ***P<0.001. (C) Sphere were calculated of three independent experiment, and the data were presented as mean ± SD with the significance level of ***P<0.001.
