SC144 upregulates hypoxia-related mediators. Synthesis of HK2, PDK1/3, BNIP3, EGLN1 and HMOX-1 nascent RNAs are up-regulated by SC144 in OVCAR-8 cells as identified by Bru-Seq. OVCAR-8 cells were treated with 0.6 and 1.2 μM SC144 for 2 h, DMSO was used as vehicle control. Images are representative of 3 independent experiments.
