Women were classified according to BMI as normal weight (BMI <25.00 kg/m2) or overweight/obese (BMI ≥25.00 kg/m2). The number of women in each group is shown in parentheses. Women using antihypertensive drugs were excluded from the analysis reporting mean values of systolic and diastolic BP. The values are reported as mean ± SD and differences between groups are analyzed using the Student t test. Significant P values appear in boldface type.
