ALDH expression patterns in pancreatic cancer cell lines. ALDH activities were analyzed by ALDEFLUOR™ assay. MiaPaCa2 demonstrated the highest average frequency of ALDH+ cells (38.5%), followed by BxPC3 (28.33%) and Panc1 (5.59%). DEAB inhibited ALDH activity in these three cell lines.
