Transwell migration assay to examine the effect of Huaier on the migration and invasion of melanoma A375. A375 cells (a) were treated with different concentrations of Huaier (0, 4, 8, and 16 mg/ml). The incubation time of the invasion experiment was 24 hours and the migration experiment was 8 hours.
