Targeting COX2/PGE2 pathway affects EMT process of ESCC. a. Knockdown of COX2 with specific siRNAs could reverse reverse EMT process with downregualtion of β-Catenin, Vimentin and Slug as well as MMPs and upregulation of Claudin-1. b.
