Radiation mitigation of 129/Sv mouse bone marrow stromal cell lines by anti-ferroptosis drugs: ferrostatin, liproxstatin and baicalein. Cell lines were irradiated and plated in clonogenic survival curves, as described in Materials and Methods. We compared the anti-ferroptosis drugs with the anti-apoptosis mitigator, JP4–039, as a control. Each mitigator was dissolved in DMSO at a concentration of 10 mM and used at a concentration of 10 μM. The survival curve is for one of three separate experiments, each with triplicate cultures scored for each point; however, the results shown for D₀ and n are means and standard error of all three separate experiments.
