(A) Surface expression of human AXL of the indicated cell lines was measured in fixed cells by flow cytometry using anti-hAXL antibodies. As a control an isotype match antibody was used. Experiments were repeated at least three times and a representative experiment is shown. (B) The indicated cell lines were challenged by ZIKV-MR766 using increasing MOIs. Twenty-four hours post-challenge cells were fixed/permeabilized, and infection was determined by measuring the percentage 4G2-positive cells. A plot of the percentage of infection (% 4G2-positive cells) versus the used MOI is shown (lower panel). Experiments were performed at least three times and a representative experiment is shown.
