(A) Unique peptidases are assigned to groups according to their catalytic type. (B) Similarly, unique inhibitors are sorted into families based on the MEROPS database classification. Only proteins identified by ≥ 2 peptides in both replicates of a sample and by ≤ 1 peptide in other samples are considered unique to a tissue.
