Each coefficient and interval is exponentiated to provide the multiplicative effect on the expected counts of EH. A dash (−) indicates that the variable was removed for that stage of selection. The maternal median 25(OH)D represents the continuous dummy variable; iPTH represents the cord blood iPTH concentration (pg/mL), and 1,25/10 represents the child cord blood measurement of 1,25(OH)2D (pg/mL) divided by 10.
