Visualization of Group and Individual Level Between Session Cortical Parcellations. We show the similarity of the HNU1 reference parcellation to the HNU1 replication parcellation with 7 clusters as shown in Figure 8. We use a K-nearest neighbor spatial filter on these parcellations to improve ease of visual comparison. Both the group and individual level bootstrapped parcellations are notably more similar to the HNU1 reference than either of the standard parcellation counterparts. We see notably more evidence for large-scale network similarities between the HNU1 reference and the bootstrapped parcellations at both the individual and group level, though the individual level is less obvious.
