This 59-year-old woman presented with abdominal pain and an enlarging right ovary. Peritoneal metastases were present beneath the right hemidiaphragm and within the pelvis. A 3.8 cm mass was located within the splenic parenchyma and identified by the radiologist as “splenic metastases”.
