Effects of MPC-polymer on MRSA (a) 1 × 106 CFU of bacterial cells were added into 3 mL of the medium containing 5% of MPC-polymer. Bacterial culture growth was monitored by OD600 at the indicated time-points. (b) The adherence of bacterial cells was determined using the same method as that shown in Figure 2b. The graph shows the number of adherent cells on the surface of ADRP treated with PBS (control; Ctrl), 1%, 2.5%, or 5% of MPC-polymer, respectively.
