Impact occurs at time point zero (vertical dashed line). There is limited increase of MCL strain with ‘Very High KAM’ and also ‘ACL Pre-Failure’. With an intact MCL at ACL failure, there is virtually no increase of MCL strain from the trial previous to ACL failure. For progressive MCL strain characteristics, the ‘ACL Failure’ condition was included; however, due to high variability of the sensor (low and high values) that occurs with ligament failure, cautious assessment is warranted.
