Cdc42 regulates MAPK signaling in fMLP treated neutrophils. Freshly isolated human neutrophils treated with (black bars) or without (white bars) the Cdc42 inhibitor casin (10 μM) for 30 min at 37°C, were stimulated with 1 μM fMLP for 10 min at 37°C. The cells were lysed and analyzed for phosphorylated Akt (A), p38 (B), and p42/44 (C) followed by β-actin. Representative blot of three different experiments is shown.
