Scores for baseline children of white ethnicity, gestational age ≥37 weeks, firstborn, whose mothers had A-levels or higher qualification, had English as main household language and were from a median or richer household. Scores were adjusted for sample weights and a random effect at child level. The shaded area is the age-related non-significant clinical difference from the reference group of no eye condition. Age at starting treatment was not associated with Naming Vocabulary (p = 0.43) and Pattern Construction (p = 0.14).
