HTR8/SVneo cell proliferation and invasive activity were regulated by circ-SETD2/miR-519a/PTEN axis. The mRNA levels of miR-519a in cotransfected HTR8/SVneo cells were quantified by qRT-PCR (a). The proliferation of HTR8/SVneo cells after SETD2/miR-519a cotransfection was measured by CCK-8 kit (b). Transwell assay was used to examine invasive activity of SETD2/miR-519a-overexpressed HTR8/SVneo cells (c). The expression of PTEN was analyzed by Western blotting (d).
