The samples were processed for ChIP assay by immunoprecipitating for Ac-H3K9 and Ac-H3K18. Adenoviral E1, E2, E3, and E4 early genes and late gene IVa2 in the immunocomplexes were determined by qPCR measurement. Data for IVa2 were not included since they were not detected. The experiment was performed 2 times independently. The data are presented from a representative experiment.
