The cells were transfected with RPS6KB1-specific siRNAs, as previously described, and then infected with MuV at an MOI of 0.1. Medium was collected 24 hpi, and plaque assays were performed to determine viral titers. (B) Multistep growth curve of MuV in WT and RPS6KB1-KO HapI cells. The cells were infected at an MOI of 0.1, and medium was collected every 24 h for plaque assay. (C) Single-step growth curve of MuV in WT and RPS6KB1-KO HapI cells.
