LncRNA CASC7 increased the expression of PTEN by acting as a competing endogenous RNA of miR-92a. A549 cells were co-transfected with si-CASC7 and miR-92a inhibitor, while H358 cells were co-transfected with miR-92a mimics and pcDNA-CASC7. Cells were then harvested for western blotting.
