LncRNA CASC7 regulates miR-92a expression to suppress NSCLC cell growth and invasion. A549 and H358 cells were co-transfected with pcDNA-CASC7 and miR-92a mimics, and were then harvested for subsequent experiments. (A and B) Cell viability was determined by Cell Counting Kit-8 assay. (C) The protein expression of PCNA was detected by western blotting. (D and E) The activity of caspase-3 was measured by a commercial kit.
