The circ-0070934/miR-1236-3p regulatory axis is pivotal for cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma cell function. (A and B) Cell Counting Kit-8 and EdU assays were performed to determine the changes in the proliferative capability of cells transfected with miR-1236-3p mimics. This change was reversed by co-transfection with circ-0070934 overexpression plasmids. (C) Transwell assays were conducted to determine the changes in the invasive capability of cells transfected with miR-1236-3p mimics; co-transfection with circ-0070934 overexpression plasmids reversed this change. (D) Flow cytometry was used to assess the apoptotic rates of cells transfected with miR-1236-3p mimics; the effect was reversed by co-transfection with circ-0070934 overexpression plasmids.
