Human HSCs were cultured for 14 DIV in HSC medium supplemented with 1 mM VPA on SiOn-covered and uncovered 2D PDMS or 3D PDMS scaffolds. CD34+ cells were determined by flow cytometric analyses using a combination of anti-CD34/anti-CD45 mouse monoclonal antibody and 7AAD.
