Growth inhibition of cell lines by plCSA-BNPs. (A) Quantitative evaluation of the viability of different cancer cells treated with free BRU and the different nanoparticles for 24 h using the Cell Counting Kit-8 assay. Two-way ANOVA was used to analyze the significance of the differences among groups, followed by Bonferroni's post hoc test. (B) After stimulation with free BRU and the different nanoparticles for 24 h, the apoptosis rate of different cancer cells was detected using flow cytometry. One-way ANOVA was used to analyze the significance of the differences among groups, followed by Tukey's post hoc test.
