Overexpression of EZH2 abrogates the anti-tumor effects of miR-144-3p mimics. CAL-27 and SCC-4 cells were co-transfected with 20 nM miR-144-3p mimics, mimics NC, 2 µg pcDNA-EZH2 and pcDNA-vector for 48 h, and the cells were used for further analysis. (A) Protein levels of EZH2 were detected by western blot analysis. (B) Cell proliferation was measured using a Cell Counting kit-8 assay. (C) Apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry. (D) Cell invasion was determined by Transwell assay. (E) Cell migration was detected by wound healing assay.
