Aprepitant sensitizes HL60 cells to the cytotoxic effects of Ara-C in vitro. (A) The proliferative viability of HL60 cells after treatment with Ara-C or Aprepitant at the indicated doses for 24 hours. The cell viability was calculated as the percentage of live cells in the drug treatment group relative to the 0 μM group by MTT assay.
