Mild, 1–40 white lines with the thickness of ≤0.5 mm; moderate, more than 40 white lines or 1–5 line(s) with the thickness of 1–1.9 mm; and severe, more than 5 lines with the thickness of 1–1.9 mm thickness or at least 1 white line with thickness >2 mm.
