(+), positive; (–), negative. Throat swabs (LZP, GMU03) were collected from patients with acute respiratory tract infection (ARTI) in Guangdong, China during 2017. The viral RNA/DNA was extracted and reverse transcribed. The HA of A (H3N2) was determined by qPCR kit. Meanwhile, the clinical specimens were tested using the HA assay.
