Video-assisted thoracic surgery for the lung mass revealed metastasis of malignant phyllodes tumor of the breast. 18F-FDG PET-CT was performed for systemic evaluation. (C) Maximum intensity projection reconstruction of a PET image shows additional avid FDG uptake in the left kidney (arrow); no detectable tumoral uptake in other organs is observed.
