Effect of P2X₇ receptor (P2X₇R), P2X₁ receptor (P2X₁R), and ANG II type 1 receptor (AT₁R) blockade on the afferent arteriolar response to increased renal perfusion pressure (RPP) in hypertensive rats. Afferent arteriolar responses to increases in RPP (n = 5) were followed by treatment with P2X₁R inhibitor (P2X₁Ri) plus P2X₇R inhibitor (P2X₇Ri) and after the addition of AT₁R inhibitor (AT₁Ri) alone.
