MIA does not affect exploration of open field (OF) in adolescent rats. Effects of MIA on general locomotor activity and anxiety were measured in open field test in PND 40 male rats. The locomotion behavior was analyzed by measuring total traveled distance (a) and velocity (b) of MIA animals and saline-treated controls.
