Chlorophyll content in tomato leaves. Changes in chlorophyll levels, evaluated as SPAD units, in leaves of tomato plants subjected to different nutritional treatments (C = control, F = Fe deficiency, S = S deficiency, D = dual deficiency). Data are means ± SD of six independent replicates run in triplicate. The statistical significance has been tested by a one-way ANOVA test with Tukey post-test.
