ZIKV, Zika virus.^a CC₅₀, cytotoxic concentration, is the concentration that induced 50% of cellular cytotoxicity in uninfected HEK-293 cells. ^b IC₅₀, inhibitory concentration, is the concentration that reduced the virus titer to 50% in HEK-293 cells infected with the indicated viruses (MOI = 1) and treated with various concentrations of compound L3.
