Relative expression of WRKY transcription factors in response to Septoria Leaf Blotch. ΔCT values were analysed using ANOVA followed by Tukey post-hoc. * p < 0.05 in post-hoc analysis. Changes in expression were compared to plants showing Very Low symptoms of SLB. WRKY39 shows significant downregulation, whilst WRKY68a shows a dose dependent increase in expression with increasing SLB severity.
