(e) Compared with that of the A549 OE-NC group, the apoptosis rate of the A549 OE group was evidently reduced (F = 10.304, P = 0.001). Under the action of cisplatin drugs, RP11-838N2.3 overexpression still significantly inhibited the apoptosis of A549 cells. Compared with that of the A549 OE-NC+2 μg/ml cisplatin group, the apoptosis rate of the A549 OE+2 μg/ml cisplatin group also decreased clearly (F = 2.236, P < 0.001). ∗∗∗P < 0.001.
