(A) The cell cycle distribution of Hep3B cells was evaluated through flow cytometry after the treatment of α-mangostin, Man-3DG, and Man-6DG (10 µM) for 24 h. (B) Hep3B cells were treated using three compounds (40 µM) for 24 h. Apoptotic cells were determined through flow cytometry analysis following annexin V-FITC and propidium iodide (PI) dual labeling.
