Expression levels of T cell cytokines, cytotoxic granules, and apoptosis-related genes in the mouse model of cross-reactive metal allergy. The expression levels of Th1 cytokines (interferon gamma [IFN-γ], tumor necrosis factor alpha [TNF-α], and interleukin [IL]-2), Th2 cytokines (IL-4, IL-5, and IL-6), cytotoxic granules (granzyme A and B), and apoptosis-related genes (Fas and Fas ligand [L]) were measured by qPCR analysis in the Ni-Pd Cr-Pd and Saline-Pd groups.
