A two-way ANOVA with Dunnett multiple comparison tests at each time point indicate that fibroblasts exposed to ACM closed the gap significantly faster than fibroblasts in control medium (**p<0.01, *p<0.05). (C) Cell number after 48 hours was not significantly different between groups, indicating that ACM does not enhance proliferation but promotes fibroblasts closure of the scratch.
