Muscadine grape extract (MGE) inhibits TNBC proliferation. Mouse 4T1 (A), human MDA-MB-231 (B), and human BT-549 (C) TNBC cells labeled with NucLight Red were incubated with increasing concentrations of MGE, and cell proliferation was measured every 2 hours for 48 hours. Cell proliferation was quantified by the number of red nuclei normalized to the number of red nuclei at time 0 hour.
