NMDA receptors are not involved in baclofen-induced effects on fEPSP. Statistically significant differences between experimental conditions are shown by horizontal lines and the level of significance is given above lines. Asterisks indicate statistically significant differences between the dorsal and the ventral hippocampus, at p < 0.05. CPP did not prevent the effects of baclofen on fEPSP_τ or fEPSP_slope in either hippocampal segment.
