NIH3T3 cells were transiently transfected with different B-ZIP domains (GFP-VBP, GFP-CREB, GFP-C/EBPβ) and incubated overnight with 100 μM NSC13746. FRAP indicates that the antimony derivative NSC13746 causes an increase in the recovery of all B-ZIP domains.
