This particular subject's odor‐threshold testing score dropped from 6.25 to 1.5, but there was no change in the retronasal test score. The investigator recorded a difficult rear approach due to a septal spur. PNIF improved by 20 points following decongestion and foam application. PNIF = peak nasal inspiratory flow.
