(A) Dansyl cadaverine makes a covalent bond with the side chain of glutamine, adding 318.1402 Da to each modified glutamine. (B) dansyl-aminohexyl-QQIV (dansylQQIV) makes a covalent bond with the side chain of lysine, adding 815.3888 Da to each modified lysine.
