GNPDA1 promotes the migration and invasion of HCC cells. Transwell assays revealed that shRNA-mediated GNPDA1 knockdown decreased the migration (A and B) and invasion (C and D) of SMMC-7721 and Huh7 cell lines. Data are presented as the mean ± SD of triplicate wells. **P < 0.01, and ***P < 0.001.
