Statistically significant P values are bold. Genotypic test calculated in the SNPstats software with sex and age adjustment of P values. The model of inheritance best fitting the data was automatically selected as the model with the lowest Akaike information value. Two SNPs were considered for P value multiple test adjustment. N = 748 PD cases with AAO available.
